As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, we want to assure you of our continued measures to ensure the safety for our team, our customers and your communities. As of May 20, 2020, frame remains operating 100% remotely for all service and support staff.

At this time, we are updating our recommendation that all frame contracted installations be postponed through July 31, 2020. We will continue to monitor the situation and make travel recommendations accordingly.

With regard to equipment and digital support: 

  • We are in continued communication with our major suppliers and manufacturing of frame and collage displays continues with no delay. 
  • We are committed to providing the same level of support that you’ve come to expect from frame. 

For frame contracted installations:

  • Installations contracted for completion by frame staff will be postponed through July 31, 2020.
  • During this time, we are offering Owners the option to contract with local signage, artwork or low voltage consultants to install frame and collage systems.
  • Equipment and electronic components will be prepared by frame staff and shipped to site for installation by Owner’s contracted consultant.
  • We will coordinate with Owner’s consultant and provide remote support for installation.

For all other installations:

  • Equipment and electronic components for frame and collage displays will be prepped by frame staff and shipped to site for installation by Owner’s contracted signage, artwork or low voltage consultant.
  • We will coordinate with Owner’s consultant and provide remote support for installation.

Please ensure that power and WiFi network are functioning prior to installation. We pledge to continue to serve our clients during this extraordinary time, while seeking to protect everyone’s health as much as possible.
